A downloadable game
Welcome to the wastes, where robot's trash is your lethal treasure. Fight through waves of security units in a high stake robot controlled earth. Balance your firepower with your OVERHEAT and listen to Mike, your only friend out there in the wastes who still knows how to cut a deal.
Project Overview This is a development build created over 4 weeks for a student game jam. Our goal was to blend high-intensity combat with a unique "Greed" overheat mechanic to fit the Game Jam's theme.

Install instructions
Download the Loader: Click the download button to get the MechaHeatDownloadLink.txt file.
Access the Game: Open the text file and copy the Google Drive link into your browser to download the full game archive (.zip).
Extract the Files: Once the download from Drive is complete, right-click the .zip and select "Extract All...".
- Do not run the game from inside the zip. You must extract the entire folder to a location on your PC (like your Desktop) so the assets and audio load correctly.
Run the Game: Open the extracted folder and double-click [MechaHeat].exe.
SmartScreen: If Windows shows a "Protected your PC" prompt, click "More Info" and then "Run anyway".
